Imani M. Wesley assists clients with their estate planning and trust needs. Ms. Wesley counsels clients on transferring property from generation to generation as well as assists clients with planning for the unexpected (e.g., guardianship considerations for minors, Advanced Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney.) Ms. Wesley creates estate plans that satisfy clients’ objectives in transferring wealth while also minimizing transfer costs by avoiding probate and reducing transfer tax burdens. 

Ms. Wesley has also provided counseling and services for clients in probate, trusts and estates litigation; taxation; non-profit corporations, and landlord-tenant, patent, copyright, trademark, and business law. 
 
Ms. Wesley is a graduate of San Francisco State University, earning her Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Physics. While working fulltime as a Quality Assurance Engineer, she earned her J.D. with specializations in Intellectual Property and Litigation from Golden Gate University (GGU) School of Law. She earned an Estate Planning Certificate from GGU School of Law's LL.M. Taxation program and is pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation as well. A California barred attorney, Ms. Wesley is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
